Dear valued DSW Client,
We are pleased to announce that effective December 15, 2009, SARCOM, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of PC Mall, Inc. (NASDAQ: MALL), acquired certain assets of Data Systems Worldwide, Inc. (DSW). DSW is now doing business as Data Systems Worldwide, a SARCOM company.
DSW has built a tremendous reputation as a premier solutions provider and value added reseller of Cisco Unified Communications and Connected Real Estate solutions, and is well known at Cisco for their advanced work in unified communications, high performance networks, physical and information security, datacenter optimization, energy management and digital signage. Having won Cisco's 2009 Outstanding Customer Solution of the Year award, DSW's solutions portfolio helps SARCOM to fulfill strong demand from our own clients in these areas, and we know SARCOM's solutions portfolio will likewise offer incremental benefits for DSW's clients.
DSW was founded in 1971 by Frank Mogavero, who was inducted into the Computer Industry Hall of Fame in 2005. Frank's sons, Phil and Mike Mogavero, have been at the helm of the company for 30 and 15 years, respectively, and they will continue to play a key role in the management and growth of DSW at SARCOM. In fact, the management, sales, service and solutions development teams at DSW will remain intact, reporting as a separate division within SARCOM. We are proud to welcome the entire DSW team as our new colleagues.
We will endeavor to limit any possible disruptions this change might cause. The operations teams of our two companies are working closely together to integrate DSW operations into SARCOM's order management and services billing system. Our priority is to ensure that open orders and ongoing service projects are properly processed and managed, that all new orders are processed at the service levels to which you are accustomed, and that all services are delivered as scheduled. Your satisfaction is our primary concern and your patience and support are very much appreciated as we work through this transition.

DSW clients should be able to reap tangible value from this acquisition. DSW was a Cisco Silver partner but now does business under PC Mall's Cisco GOLD Status. Additionally, DSW will now be able to offer the full portfolio of SARCOM products and services to provide a full suite of comprehensive IT solutions.
Please anticipate hearing from your DSW contacts directly in the coming days. We will shortly be asking you to make changes to the vendor information you have with our firm, including a change in tax identification number and changes to remittance address information. We will also seek to have a face to face meeting to discuss our new and expanded portfolio, and to provide you with a demonstration and login for our eProcurement tool, OpsTrack.
