The SARCOM Solutions Team focuses their efforts on a number of areas in which our clients and Account Executives need assistance, such as confi guration, pricing, installation and implementation of various solutions. The areas of focus include:

Networking and SecuritySolutions Team
The Networking and Security Solutions Team can assist our Account Executives with clients, providing complete solutions for connectivity, security, wireless and voice needs. The team can assist with vendor configurations, third party solutions integration, and the documentation of what is needed for complete installation and implementation, including project management.
The team works with the Account Executive and the client to generate a Bill of Material. The bid desk or the Client Services Specialist provides a quote, a design when necessary, and a Statement of Work to document the Professional Services required when the client’s needs go beyond just product fulfillment.
The solutions team can also work with the client to determine training requirements and provide a documented educational path that will ensure they are prepared to take over day‑to‑day operations. The solutions team currently supports Cisco, HP ProCurve, Riverbed and SonicWALL. They work with these partners to keep current on solutions, as well as to remain up‑to‑date on new and emerging technologies from these vendors. The team delivers solutions on:
