Your SARCOM Project Manager
When you engage with us on a project, your dedicated SARCOM Project Manager will become your primary point of contact. The Project Manager will work closely with you to create key project documents to help manage and track your project:

- Detailed project plan—activities, tasks, assignments, time frames
- Communication plan
- Risk management plan
- Change management plan
- Deliverable acceptance process and form

Perhaps the most important thing our Project Managers will do for you is to provide the oversight and management of all the people, processes and technology of your project so that they all come together at the right times and the right places.
